To celebrate the 75^th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, welcome China 2024 Asian International Stamp Exhibition (CHINA 2024), and showcase China's achievements in First Day Cover (FDC) philately, “Welcoming China 2024 - Beijing 2024 All China Philatelic Exhibition &National Exhibition for First Day Cover” was held at the Chaoyang Museum of Urban Planning, Beijing, from May 17 to 21. This philatelic exhibition marks the first national exhibition on the First Day Covers and serves as an exhibition for the selection of domestic exhibits for CHINA 2024. A total of 259 competitive exhibits in 1,230 frames were showcased, covering 13 classes including traditional philately, postal history, postal stationery, and thematic philately and one experimental class. The exhibition has effectively expanded the social influence of CHINA 2024, playing a positive role in advancing the development of China's philatelic culture and showcasing the contemporary charm of Beijing as a model city.
