On May 14, the Executive Committee of China 2024 Asian International Stamp Exhibition(hereinafter referred to as "CHINA 2024") was officially established through a video conference, with the main venue in Beijing and the sub-venue in Shanghai simultaneously advancing the preparatory work. Composed of multiple departments including the State Post Bureau, Shanghai Municipal People's Government, China Post Group Corporation Limited, and All-China Philatelic Federation (ACPF), the Executive Committee of CHINA 2024 aims to efficiently implement the preparatory tasks for CHINA 2024.

The meeting clarified the responsibilities and the work plans of the five subordinate departments under the Executive Committee: Comprehensive Coordination Department, Exhibition Business Department, Comprehensive Support Department, Promotion and Publicity Department, and Exhibition Sales Business Department. It also reviewed and approved the logo, mascot, theme, and slogan of CHINA 2024. It called for solidarity and cooperation among all parties. Focusing on key aspects such as call for exhibits, promotion and publicity, exhibition venue setup, customs clearance and supervision, reception services, and foreign investment attraction, it highlighted the need for frugal and efficient exhibition planning, the development of emergency response plans, and ensuring that the preparatory work in Beijing and Shanghai progresses in parallel, so as to contribute to the hosting of a high-level international cultural exchange event.
